Girls Love Fancy Dress Costumes

Fancy dress costumes are what all little girls like to wear.  They love to dress up and become princesses.  The fancier the dress the more beautiful they feel.  Everyone loves to feel beautiful, and for little girls a fancy dress costume is one way to feel glamorous. Playing dress up is a fun way to spend the afternoon and encourage them to use their imagination as well.

There are many costumes that include fancy dresses.  Dorothy on the Wizard of Oz to a nurse in the operating room, there are great costumes that include a fancy dress.  There are brides, princesses, angels, fairies, and even little red riding hood costumes that have fancy dresses.  From belly dancers, Egyptian queens, pilgrims, and English queens the list never ends.

Kids love to play and dress up, but there is something about a little girl putting on a fancy dress.  It's like they step out of their own world and step into the world of the character.  It doesn't take much to imagine that they are the character when they are wearing their fancy dress costume.   Whether they want to play with the costumes, wear them to parties, or even for Halloween, little girls will enjoy wearing a fancy dress.

Bring the joy home to your child by letting her dress up and become a character for the day, or evening.  Your child will have so much fun, and will want all her friends to see her.  It's great to enhance her, imagination with a little dress up.   You can also save them and use them for Halloween, because most little girls love feeling pretty on Halloween in their fancy dress costumes.

Take your fancy dress costumes to a whole new level. Create a party for your little girl where she can wear her pretty dress and some beautiful costume jewelry. Have her friends come dressed up in their fancy dresses and let them be princesses and queens. Tea parties are great when they are dressed up in their fancy dress costumes.

If your child is too old for a Princess party, you can set up as a 50's dance. Tell her friends to wear their best fancy dress poodle skirts, and celebrate like you are back in the 50's. You can even stage the place as if you are back in one of the diners that people used to hang out in and dance with their poodle skirts on.

How about a little girl's adult party? Have each little girl dress up as their favorite adult. Whether they want to be a beautiful bride, a faithful nun, or even a teacher in a fancy dress costume you can have a lot of fun. How about a medieval party where your little girls can dress up in their fancy dress medieval costumes? With a little research on the time period, this could be a lot of fun and a whole new learning experience for your child.
